Support is available to be setup on automatic renewal. We will automatically renew your support contract 30 days prior to the expiration of your contract in order to enusre that you do not loose any of your benefits.

3Remote installation and configuration of 3CX on a server located in your office requires an IT Professional physically on-site with the server. Price includes 6 hours. (Additional time may be included based on installation requirements)
4On-Premises Service area is 45 miles from Auburn, WA, 98001. Price includes drive time and up-to 8 hours of onsite service. If your company has an IT Professional, having them on-site is necessary. If your company does not have an IT-Professional, our installers are highly trained in handling almost any IT-Infrastructure. We are happy to consult with your business if necessary.
5Business Hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5PM Pacific time. All Federal Holidays are excluded. 3CX Direct Telephone Support is Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-5:00PM Eastern Time
6IT-Consulting can be by phone or on-site. Consulting by phone has 1-Hour minimum and is billed in 15-minute increments. On-site consultation has 3-hour minimum and is billed in 1-hour increments. We can assist your company with most computer and networking relates issues. Including but not limited to servers, workstations, routers/firewalls, switches, etc.) You can contact us for free during business hours to discuss what your needs may be and if we can help. Billing will only start when our technician actually starts assisting you in addrssing your problems or concerns.
